Your satisfaction is our priority. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return conditions

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in its packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Shipping costs and liability are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you of its approval.
If the refund is accepted, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

To get a new item quickly, return your order and then make a separate new purchase.
